The administration services include the elaboration of administrative budgets, reports and monthly accounting and financial statements, as well as annual reports, collection of joint ownership fees, maintenance, security services, and cleaning of the premises.
We also coordinate everything related to meetings and to owner assemblies and all legal matters.
